STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT\trelative to the use of an ignition interlock device after a license suspension.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

\t1  New Paragraph; Limited Driving Privilege; Ignition Interlock Program.  Amend RSA 263:57-b by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:

\t\tVI.  As a condition of receiving a limited privilege license, the person shall agree to be subject to the ignition interlock program for one year immediately following restoration of full driving privileges.

\t2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2017.
