STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT\trelative to membership of the oversight committee on health and human services.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

\t1  Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services; Membership.  Amend RSA 126-A:13, I(b) to read as follows:

\t\t\t(b)  5 members of the house of representatives, [4] 2 of whom shall be from the health, human services and elderly affairs committee, 2 of whom shall be from the children and family law committee, and one of whom shall be from the house finance committee, appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives.

\t2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
