STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT\trelative to the duties of the department of cultural resources.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

\t1  New Subparagraph; Department of Cultural Resources.  Amend RSA 21-K:2, II by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following new subparagraph:

\t\t\t(e)  Marketing and promotion of film, video, and new media for the purpose of economic development.

\t2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
