STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\tpermitting the town of Hampton to borrow money for capital projects from the Hampton real estate trust fund.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 Town of Hampton; Capital Project Funding. The town of Hampton may borrow money for capital projects from the Hampton real estate fund established in 1975, 341:1 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
