STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\trelative to distributing campaign materials at the polling place.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 Distributing Campaign Materials at Polling Place. Amend RSA 659:43, I to read as follows:
\t\tI. No person [who is a candidate for office or who is representing or working for a candidate] shall distribute or post at a polling place any campaign material in the form of a poster, card, handbill, placard, picture, or circular or articles of clothing which is intended to influence the action of the voter within the building where the election is being held.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2017.
