STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT\trelative to temporary seasonal docks.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

\t1  Excavating and Dredging Permit; Exemptions; Temporary Seasonal Docks.  Amend RSA 482-A:3, IV-a(g) to read as follows:

\t\t\t (g)  Located at least [20] 10 feet from an abutting property line or the imaginary extension of the property line over the water;

\t2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
