STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

 

AN ACT\trelative to discussion with legal counsel under the right-to-know law.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Right-to-Know; Meetings Open to the Public.  Amend RSA 91-A:2, I(b) to read as follows:

\t\t\t(b)  Consultation with legal counsel, which shall include consideration of legal advice provided by legal counsel, either in writing or orally, to one or more members of the public body, even where legal counsel is not present;

\t2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
