STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT\trelative to discussion with legal counsel under the right-to-know law.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 New Subparagraph; Right-to-Know Law; Nonpublic Sessions. Amend RSA 91-A:3, II by inserting after subparagraph (k) the following new subparagraph:
\t\t\t(l) Consideration of legal advice provided by legal counsel, either in writing or orally, to one or more members of the public body, even where legal counsel is not present.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
