STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT\texempting historically significant vehicles from emission control requirements.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

\t35:1  Emission Control Equipment.  Amend RSA 266:59-b, IV to read as follows:

\t\tIV.  This section shall not apply to vehicles 20 or more model years old which shall be determined by subtracting the model year of the vehicle from the calendar year in which the inspection occurs or to vehicles determined by the director to be rare or historically significant.

\t35:2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2017.
