STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT\tprohibiting the use of PVC piping as a flue material for venting combustion gases.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 New Section; Flue Material. Amend RSA 155-A by inserting after section 3-b the following new section:
\t155-A:3-c Flue Material. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) piping shall not be used as flue material for venting combustion gases.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.
