\tThis bill provides that the statutory requirements governing the change of child's assigned school shall not apply to placement decisions made by a child's individualized education program team.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\trelative to placement decisions by a child's individualized education program team.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 New Paragraph; School Attendance; Change of School or Assignment. Amend RSA 193:3 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:
\t\tV. Nothing in this section shall apply to a placement made for a child by the child's individualized education program team to provide the child with a free and appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
