STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\tbanning the sale of premixed synthetic urine.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 New Subdivision; Sale of Synthetic Drugs; Premixed Synthetic Urine. Amend RSA 359-O by inserting after section 7 the following new subdivision:
Premixed Synthetic Urine
\t359-O:8 Sale or Use of Premixed Synthetic Urine Prohibited.
\t\tI. No person shall:
\t\t\t(a) Manufacture, sell, distribute, or market premixed synthetic urine with the intent that it be used to defraud a drug or alcohol screening test.
\t\t\t(b) Attempt to defeat a drug or alcohol screening test by using premixed synthetic urine.
\t\tII. In this section, "drug or alcohol screening test" means an analysis of a sample of bodily fluid collected from a person for the purpose of detecting the presence of alcohol or drugs in the bodily fluid of the person.
\t\tIII. Any person who violates this subdivision shall be subject to the penalty in RSA 359-O:5, I.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2017.
