STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\trelative to OHRVs and snowmobiles held by a trust.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 New Paragraph; OHRV Held By Trust. Amend RSA 215-A:21 by inserting after paragraph II-c the following new paragraph:
\t\tII-d. If an OHRV is held by a trust, the trust may designate a person who is a beneficiary to register the vehicle in the person’s name pursuant to this chapter.
\t2 New Paragraph; Snowmobile Held By A Trust. Amend RSA 215-C:36 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:
\t\tIV-a. If a snowmobile is held by a trust, the trust may designate a person who is a beneficiary to register the snowmobile in the person’s name pursuant to this chapter.
\t3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
