STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\trelative to the right of 17-year olds to register to vote.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 Voter Registration. Amend RSA 654:7, I(c) to read as follows:
\t\t\t(c) Domiciled in the town or city in which the applicant is registering to vote and not otherwise disqualified to vote under RSA 654:5 or RSA 654:6.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
