STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT eliminating the procedure for reinstating foreign limited liability partnerships.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Uniform Partnership Act; Foreign Registered Limited Liability Partnerships Repeal. RSA 304-A:50, X, relative to reinstatement of foreign registered limited liability partnerships, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
