STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Transportation; Department of Resources and Economic Development; Cheshire County Visitor Center. The department of transportation and the department of resources and economic development shall work with local stakeholders to determine a location for a visitor center in Cheshire county.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2017.

METHODOLOGY:
This bill requires the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Department of Resources and Economic Development (DRED) to work with local stakeholders to determine a location for a visitor center in Cheshire county. Both DOT and DRED state this would result in an indeterminable increase in state expenditures to the extent each department would allocate resources to meet this bill’s requirements.
