STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT changing the name of Industrial Drive at the Hugh Gallen Office Park to Ratification Way.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

9:1  City of Concord; Renaming Industrial Drive.  Pursuant to RSA 4:43, Industrial Drive from South Fruit Street to the intersection with Brown Road in the city of Concord is hereby renamed as Ratification Way.  Appropriate signage or other markers may be placed along Ratification Way and at the state archives building.

9:2  Signage.  The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall be a charge to the capital appropriation in HB 25-FN of the 2017 legislative session to the department of state, archives addition.  The design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.

9:3  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
