STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
10:1 Frederick W. King, Sr. Rest Area. The rest area on route 3 in the town of Colebrook is hereby named the Frederick W. King, Sr. rest area. Appropriate signage or markers shall be placed at or near the site of the rest area.
10:2 Major John W. Lawrence, Jr. Bridge. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the bridge in the town of Farmington on state route 153 over the Cocheco River is hereby named the Major John W. Lawrence, Jr. Bridge. Appropriate signage or markers shall be placed at or near the site of the bridge.
10:3 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under sections 1 and 2 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
10:4 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
