METHODOLOGY:

This bill increases the state match for public donations in the non-game program from $50,000 to $100,000 per year.  In the FY 2016 and FY 2017, public donations totaled $176,866 and $193,397, respectively.  Since the state match is statutorily continually appropriated, this bill will increase general fund appropriations and expenditures by $50,000 in FY 2019 and each year thereafter.
