STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT allowing liquor licensees to select an anniversary for renewal.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Liquor License Renewal. Amend RSA 178:3 by inserting after paragraph XI the following new paragraph:
XII. The commission shall give the licensee the opportunity to select the month in which to renew his or her license.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
