This bill eliminates the oversight commission on motor vehicle fines.
This bill was requested by the oversight commission on motor vehicle fines established in RSA 262:45.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT eliminating the oversight commission on motor vehicle fines.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
47:1 Repeal. RSA 262:45, relative to the oversight commission on motor vehicle fines, is repealed.
47:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
