STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

 

AN ACT repealing the rail transit authority.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  The following are repealed:

I.  RSA 238-A:1 through 238-A:19, relative to New Hampshire rail transit authority.

II.  RSA 21-I:49, IX, relative to excepting personnel of the New Hampshire rail transit authority from classified service.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
