STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT authorizing the university system of New Hampshire to issue decals for multi-use decal plates.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Multi-Use Decal Plates; University System of New Hampshire. Amend RSA 261-B by inserting after section 3-b the following new section:
261-B:3-c Authorized Organization; University System of New Hampshire. The university system of New Hampshire is authorized to issue decals under this chapter. Granite state college, Keene state college, and Plymouth state university are each authorized to issue decals, provided that all proceeds shall remain with the issuing institution and be used only for student scholarships.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
