STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT naming a portion of route 110 in Berlin in honor of Anthony B. Urban.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 City of Berlin; Anthony B. Urban Memorial Highway. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the portion of New Hampshire route 110 along Wright Street, from the intersection of Gilbert Street to 10 Jericho Road, is hereby named the Anthony B. Urban Memorial Highway. Appropriate signage may be placed along the designated portion of the highway.
2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers authorized under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers placed pursuant to section 1 of this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
