STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT making an appropriation for a sound barrier on the Everett Turnpike in Bedford.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Transportation; Appropriation: Construction of Sound Barrier in Bedford. The sum of $1,400,000 is hereby appropriated to the department of transportation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, for the purpose of constructing a noise reducing barrier wall on the F.E. Everett turnpike in the area of Teaberry Lane in the town of Bedford. The appropriation in this section shall not lapse and shall be a charge against the turnpike fund.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2018.

METHODOLOGY:
This bill makes a non-lapsing $1,400,000 appropriation from the Turnpike Fund to the Department of Transportation in FY 2019 for the purpose of constructing a noise reducing barrier wall on the F.E. Everett turnpike in the area of Teaberry Lane in Bedford. The Department assumes expenditures related to this bill would occur in FY 2019 from the turnpike capital program.
