STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to the installation of a traffic light or beacon.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Transportation; Melvin Village. The department of transportation shall install a beacon at the intersection of Route 109 and the driveway for Bald Peak Colony Club in Melvin Village.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

METHODOLOGY:
This bill requires the Department of Transportation to install a beacon at the intersection of Route 109 and the driveway for Bald Peak Colony Club in Melvin Village (Tuftonboro). The Department estimates the total cost of installation to be approximately $30,000 and would be a cost against the highway fund.
