STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to proof of residency for fish and game purposes.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Fish and Game; Definition of Resident. Amend RSA 207:1, XXIII to read as follows:
XXIII. Resident: A resident of the state as defined in RSA 21:6, except that no person shall be deemed to be a resident who claims residence in any other state for any purpose. A person may demonstrate proof of residency for all purposes in this title through such person's home of record as listed on a DD Form 214 from any branch of the armed forces.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
