STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Private Investigative Agencies, Bail Recovery Services, or Security Services; Exclusions from Licensure. Amend RSA 106-F:2, VII to read as follows:
VII. Persons engaged solely in collecting or acquiring data for the purpose of motor vehicle or other accident or occurrence reconstruction or scientific analysis, computer or digital forensic services, or computer network or system testing.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
