STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to requirements for use of a licensed land surveyor.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Land Surveyors; General Provisions. Amend RSA 310-A:53 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:
VI. Persons conducting surveying activities which may be required to aid, verify, or facilitate the sound conception, planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of engineering projects shall be required to comply with the requirements of this subdivision.
2 Repeals. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 310-A:2, IV, relative to the definition of engineering surveys.
II. RSA 310-A:74, I, relative to the exemption from regulation for land surveying activities on engineering projects.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
