METHODOLOGY:
This bill modifies the requirement that the Liquor Commission purchase and list for sale New Hampshire products. The Liquor Commission indicates there are 52 manufacturers eligible to be considered New Hampshire domestic manufacturers and not all manufactures have 100 percent of their products listed for sale with the Commission. The Commission indicates the bill may have an impact on revenues and expenditures. However, the Commission has no information that can be used to determine if manufacturers will apply to have additional products considered for listing as a result of this bill.
