STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT authorizing municipalities to engage in multi-town bonding projects.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Powers of Towns; Issuance of Multi-Town Bonds. Amend RSA 31 by inserting after section 4-a the following new section:
31:4-b Multi-Town Bonds. Towns may issue multi-town bonds for any project including, but not limited to, broadband infrastructure bonds and emergency service equipment.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
