Amendment to HB 368
Amend RSA 125-T:3, I(b) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(b) The plaintiff now suffers from a significantly increased risk of illness, disease, or latent disease. The plaintiff does not need to prove that the illness, disease, or latent disease is certain or likely to develop as a result of the exposure;
