Floor Amendment to HB 384-FN
Amend RSA 570-A:2-b, IV as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
IV. This section shall not apply to:
(a) Location data or location information lawfully collected under the requirements of RSA 644-A.
(b) A customer providing the customer's own location data to a mobile application.
