STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Availability of Checklist and Voter Information; Municipal Voter History. Amend RSA 654:31, III to read as follows:
III. Any person may view the data that would be available on the public checklist, as corrected by the supervisors of the checklist, as well as municipal voter history, on the statewide centralized voter registration database maintained by the secretary of state at the state records and archives center during normal business hours, but the person viewing data at the state records and archives center may not print, duplicate, transmit, or alter the data.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

METHODOLOGY:
This bill requires the municipal election history to be included in the data made available for viewing in the statewide centralized voter registration database. The Department of State indicates the software changes needed to accommodate this bill would have an estimated cost of approximately $15,000 in Help America Vote Again (HAVA) federal funds in FY 2022.
