STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT relative to budget information provided to a budget committee.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Municipal Budget Law; Budget Committees. Amend RSA 32:17 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
II-a. The budget committee may require a governing body to provide its budget recommendations in full line item detail in active spreadsheet format to the members of the budget committee.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
