STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT repealing the right-to-know exemption for attorney-client work product.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 91-A:5, XII, relative to the exemption for records protected under the attorney-client privilege or the attorney work product doctrine within the right to know law, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
