STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT relative to the sale of fresh condiments on pushcarts selling frankfurters and pre-cooked sausages.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Rulemaking. Amend RSA 143-A:9 by inserting after paragraph IV-c the following new paragraph:
IV-d. Allowing the sale of fresh condiments such as sauerkraut chili, cheese, beans, and fresh vegetables on pushcarts selling frankfurters and pre-cooked sausages.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
