STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT relative to renewable energy customer-generators accounts and credits.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Net Energy Metering; Surplus Credit. Amend RSA 362-A:9 by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:
VI-a. Notwithstanding other provisions of this section, a customer-generator with more than one account may elect monthly to have any surplus associated with one account credited to the customer-generator’s other account or accounts.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
