AN ACT relative to positions within the department of military affairs and veterans services, making an appropriation to the state regenerative manufacturing workforce development fund, and adjusting and making an appropriation relative to the medicaid reimbursement rates for ambulance services.

 

 

Having considered the same, report the same with the following amendment, and the recommendation that the bill as amended ought to pass.

Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1256-FN

 

This enrolled bill amendment makes grammatical and technical corrections.

 

 

Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1256-FN

 

 

Amend RSA 110-B:76, I as inserted by section 2 of the bill by replacing line 2 with the following:

 

state veterans cemetery, and utilize knowledge of cemetery operations and interpersonal

 

Amend RSA 110-B:76, IX and X as inserted by section 2 of the bill by replacing them with the following:

 

IX.  Serve as liaison to the New Hampshire Veterans Cemetery Association, Inc. and various committees and boards, and interact with senior legislators and heads of state veterans organizations.

X.  Participate in community outreach by attending various military and veteran related functions and/or meetings around the state.

 

Amend section 3 of the bill by replacing lines 1-3 with the following:

 

3  Director of the State Veterans Cemetery; Salary.  

 

Amend section 6 of the bill by replacing lines 1-3 with the following:

 

6  Division of Community Based Military Programs; Director; Salary.
