Amendment to HB 1271

 

Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

AN ACT repealing a statute relative to COVID-19 and health facilities.

 

Amend the bill by replacing all after the enacting clause with the following:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 21-P:42-a, relative to health facilities' compliance with orders, rules, and directives issued during the state of emergency declared in response to COVID-19, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.

This bill repeals a statute regarding health facilities' compliance with orders, rules, and directives issued under the state of emergency declared in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
