STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT relative to the multi-use energy data platform.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Public Utilities; Multi-Use Energy Data Platform; Privacy Standards. Amend RSA 378:52, II to read as follows:
II. Require, as a condition of accessing the online energy data platform, that a third party complete a qualification and registration process to ensure that any customer data downloaded from the platform remains in a safe, secure environment according to data privacy standards established by the [department of energy] commission.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
