STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two

 

AN ACT relative to the modification of parental rights and responsibilities.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Parental Rights and Responsibilities; Modification of Parental Rights and Responsibilities.  Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 461-A:11, I to read as follows:

I.  The court may issue an order modifying a permanent order concerning parental rights and responsibilities only under [any of] the following circumstances:

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2023.
