STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two

 

AN ACT relative to school district reports on restraint and seclusion practices.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Subparagraph; Delivery of an Adequate Education; Reporting of Data.  Amend RSA 193-E:3, I by inserting after subparagraph (n) the following new subparagraph:

(o) Number and percentage of students subject to restraint and seclusion practices, and frequency of occurrence for students subject to these practices.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
