Amendment to HB 1416
Amend RSA 461-A:4, IV-a as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
IV-a. If the parents have joint decision-making responsibility, either parent may consent to counseling services or other mental health treatment for the child, provided that the parent who obtains such services for the child notifies the other parent before treatment begins.
