STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two

 

AN ACT relative to the use of a mooring by person other than the permit holder.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Transfer of Mooring Permits.  RSA 270:63 is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

270:63 Transfer of Mooring Permits.

I. A mooring permit shall not be construed as ownership of any real or personal property.

II.  The holder of a mooring permit may transfer such permit to a different person for use for up to 30 days.

III.  No person shall charge or be charged for the use of a mooring by any other person except as provided in RSA 270:67, II(d).

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
