Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1439
This enrolled bill amendment resolves a conflict with HB 1003 of the 2022 regular session of the general court.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1439
Amend section 2 of the bill by replacing lines 1-4 with the following:
2 New Paragraph; Residential Care and Health Facility Licensing; Patients' Bill of Rights; Visitation Policies. Amend RSA 151:21 by inserting after paragraph XXII the following new paragraph:
