Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1446-FN
This enrolled bill amendment revises section 2 to reflect current law as enacted in HB 1427-FN of the 2022 regular legislative session.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1446-FN
Amend the bill by replacing section 2 with the following:
2 Allied Health Professionals; Governing Boards. Amend RSA 328-F:3, I to read as follows:
I. There shall be established governing boards of athletic trainers, occupational therapists, [recreational therapists, respiratory care practitioners,] physical therapists, speech-language pathologists and hearing care providers, and genetic counselors.
