Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1467-FN
This enrolled bill amendment inserts a contingency to renumber an RSA section.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1467-FN
Amend the bill by inserting after section 1 the following new section and renumbering the original section 2 to read as 3.
2 Contingency; Renumbering. If SB 418-FN of the 2022 regular legislative session becomes law, then RSA 660:17-a as inserted by section 1 of this act shall be renumbered as RSA 660:17-b.
