STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT requiring an audit of the New Hampshire Vaccine Association.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Legislative Audit; New Hampshire Vaccine Association. The legislative budget assistant shall conduct a performance and financial audit of the New Hampshire vaccine association. Such audit shall include an assessment of all programs, policies, procedures, and personnel, revenue, board members, conflicts of interest, expenditures, compliance with its policies and procedures and all New Hampshire state laws and the New Hampshire constitution, and particularly RSA 91-A, RSA 141-C, and RSA 126-Q. The audit shall also include an assessment of the New Hampshire vaccine association efforts to make the scope, purpose, and functionality of its programs clear and transparent to the public. It should also include an assessment of whether the New Hampshire vaccine association exercised due diligence in questioning the department of health and human services on the type and quantity of vaccines purchased prior to approving expenditures, and whether the New Hampshire vaccine association has made any requests for audits or accounting of these purchases made by the department of health and human services.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
