Floor Amendment to HCR 7

 

Amend the title of the resolution by replacing it with the following:

 

A RESOLUTION reaffirming support for Israel and the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.

 

Amend the resolution by replacing all after the resolving clause with the following:

 

That the New Hampshire general court reaffirms its strong support for the Jewish people and our truest ally in the Middle East, the Nation of Israel; and

That the New Hampshire general court recognizes the right of the Palestinian people to exist; and

That the New Hampshire general court supports the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.

That the house clerk is hereby directed to transmit copies of this resolution to the New Hampshire congressional delegation, the governor of the state of New Hampshire, the United States Secretary of State, and the President of the United States.
